Booking/Cancellation Policy
To confirm a trip a 50% payment is required and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the trip date is less than 30 days away, full payment is required. Trips cancelled more than 60 days of arrival incur and administration fee of 25%. A cancellation fee equal to the deposit applies to bookings cancelled between 30 days to 59 dayes prior to trip. Within 30 days of arrival no refund is available. There are no refunds for no shows or illness. All customers are encouraged to puchase trip insurance.
