Your Next Adventure
Once you complete a Discover Scuba Diving program, you’ll want to check out the Open Water Diver certification course.
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to find out but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving will let you try scuba to see if you like it. While not an actual scuba certification, during the Discover Scuba Diving experience you’ll learn how to use scuba equipment in shallow water and get a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.
Offered in one day, this course gets you diving right away! Perfect for those on holiday or to just try diving and see if you like it; also known as a Resort Course. You'll start off in our classroom where you and your instructor will review the basics of scuba diving and then will suit you up with your gear and then head to Belize Barrier Reef for the Confined Water session and Open Water Dive.
If you are thinking about getting certified, and would like the course to count towards the PADI Open Water Course, then you'll need to complete Chapter 1, Knowledge Review 1, and Quiz 1 from the PADI Open Water Course. You can pick up the latest PADI Open Water Manual at our shop or you can sign up for eLearning and start today!
