We had a great time snorkeling with Victoria while visiting for the day. Vicky went out of her way to ensure everyone on our trip saw as much as we could. Lunch on the private island was delicious, Vicky even cooked up some fresh lion fish that the dive group had speared for us to try. Don't worry about getting back to the boat on time, they will get you there, we had a little engine trouble and within minutes there was another boat dispatched and everyone got back to the dock safely and on time.We will definitely be returning to Belize again and look forward to booking another trip with Sea Sports Belize! I just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our private charter with your company. Victoria, Eli and the driver, whose name has left me, were amazing. They were fun, energetic, helpful and accommodating. Eli spent time with our 6 year old daughter teaching her to snorkel and Victoria worked with our friend's 4 year old son to teach him. The food was good too! It would have been even more awesome if the ocean wouldn't have been so choppy!!! Thanks again for all of your help!! Linda, Thank you for an awesome experience! Your staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Wayne and I had an incredible time. We appreciate everything you did for us including arranging a tour because we missed the one we booked. We realize it wasn't your fault that the large group showed up late and you went above and beyond to make our time in Belize perfect. We went back to the ship, showed them the unused tickets for our tour of the island and they refunded our money on the spot no questions asked. Linda, I just got you email. We were on the ship when this email was sent and we did not purchase any internet package on the cruise. Our day in Belize is what salvaged our messed up Cruise. Everyone loved Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley. It was nice to see the Manatees also. Our stop in Roatan was cancelled and replaced with a stop in Costa Maya and our excursion in Cozumel which everyone was looking forward to was cancelled last minute because the currents were too strong for the mini subs that we rented. I want to thank John and the staff of Sea Sports for a wonderful diving experience last week on March 4th!!! By far the most beautiful reefs I've seen so far. I especially enjoyed the giant rays and the sea turtle!!! The Cayes were beautiful and the lunch delicious. Most important, I felt I was with qualified instructors who provided a safe and rewarding diving experience. Bonus....the awesome Brazillian free-diver!! Will be sure to review your firm on tripadvisor and cruise critic. You all were the best of the best in my experience. Keep up the good work. Best wishes. Linda, I wanted to take a moment and let you know what an absolutely wonderful time we had diving with you last Wednesday (has it already been a week since we were there?). Everything about the experience was fantastic and I cannot say enough about Delroy and Paul. I have a picture of the island where we grabbed lunch on our surface interval as my desktop wallpaper on my computer and work and several people have turned green with envy when they see it. Laura and I have already started posted on the various dive and cruise sites about our experiences and giving you and your staff glowing reviews -- well deserved! We will not and have not hesitated to already recommend Sea Sports Belize to others. One last question: Because they dropped us off at the tender pier, we were never able to purchase a shirt commemorating our dive with you. Linda, I just wanted to say that we had a great time diving with you and Eli last week. You guys have a great operation, with great customer service. We really appreciated the small group of divers, and was much more enjoyable than the operators we dove with in Roatan (20+ people on our boat).
