What's so Special? You'll be diving on the Belize Barrier Reef, the largest in the Northern Hemisphere and second only the Australian Great Barrier Reef! The dive sites are close and there are many excellent dive sites to choose from where we regularly see turtles, rays and of course many different types of colorful fish and corals. This is our most popular trip.
Dive SitesWe'll visit two dives sites between St George's Caye and Goff's Caye and usually have lunch on a little island between dives. Where we go each day depends on the weather and sea conditions. These dive sites are good for beginners or advanced divers. Usually there is no current and the drop-off to the wall begins at 40 feet which leads to a sandy bottom at 100 feet, or gently slopes down to 1000+ feet. We recommend multilevel dives 60 ft for 20 minutes and 40 ft for the balance of the dive and a safety stop for 3 minutes between 15-20 feet.
Schedule
*Please note our trips are scheduled to work around the ship's time in port so the time listed varies slightly during the year when the ship's time in port is adjusted due to the changes in daylight savings time. We understand your concern about missing the ship and you'll be pleased to learn that we've taken out 1000s of cruise ship passengers and no one has missed their ship. We always reconfirm the last tender on the day of the trip to ensure you will not miss your ship.
